Access to the Throne of God - Day 7
The book of Hebrews is such an encouraging book to me. It reminds me of what I have as a child of God and a believer in Christ. I have an advocate with God; Jesus Christ my Lord. Jesus lives forever to perform the duties of a “High Priest”. Hebrews 7:25 reminds us that Jesus lives forever to make intercession for those who come to God through Him.
Jesus represents the only hope for sinners to ever be reconciled to God. I have the privilege of coming before Him each day to express to Him my love and thankfulness that He prays for me before the Father in heaven. My future is secure in Him who has appeased the Father on my behalf. To Jesus, my Savior belongs all praise, honor and glory? Now and forever.
