Acts of the Holy Spirit: Chapter 18
In chapter 18 Paul is in Corinth to begin with and he is frustrated and God strengthens him through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit also brings a Christian couple into Paul’s life to serve with him. It is wonderful to know that God will supply all that we need as we go through this life and serve Him. Paul spent a year and a half in this couple’s home and had many opportunities to teach them some deep spiritual truths of God.
Paul leaves this couple in Ephesus as he moves on. While they were in Ephesus, they have an opportunity to help a gifted young preacher to understand the Word of God more fully. This couple, Aquila and Priscilla, were a channel of blessing as they received and as they gave. We can be a channel of blessing also if we are willing to give to others as God gives to us. Ask God to show you today how you can be a channel of blessing for Him.
