Meaningful Moments with God - Day 9
These special times with God each day have provided some time for prayer and listening to God. This morning, after my prayer and bible reading the weather grew worse and we received an alert that a tornado was in our area. We took shelter and in a few minutes, a tornado passed by about 400 yards from our home. Lots of giant red oak and water oak trees were destroyed but no one was hurt. Last week during one of my quiet times, the Lord impressed on me to pray for a “Passover Blessing” over my family. God provided the answer to my prayer today when the tornado passed near us but no one was hurt. Some of my time with God today will be spent thanking God for His protection in the midst of the storm.
